The view from the area they call the reception was lovely, however, unfortunately the view from our room was not very good and was quite disappointing. It was a blocked view from our balcony. The only positive note I can add is you could contact the staff through whatsapp

The balcony could be entered from the walk way so it made the room feel very unsafe and we were constantly having to ensure the door was locked at all times. Our shower did not work and had to get the staff to try fix it twice. The room itself was tiny. Bed was not comfortable. The location is not great, being at the bottom of the steps. They offer a taxi service of 40 euro up the hill that lasts 4 minutes. It advertises as having a swimming pool which is one of the main reasons why we booked, however you have to pay daily to enter. 20euro each is ridiculous as the pool is not up to standard. WiFi is a big problem in the hotel . Once you enter into the room it does not work. Check out is at half 10 in the morning which is way too early and they offer 30euro for a extra hour. I would not rate this hotel. There are plenty of hotels around the square at a more reasonable rate.

Nous avons tout aimé, l'emplacement, la décoration de tout le complexe et des chambres, l'accueil charmant du personnel, la vue incroyable sur la mer. Un véritable écrin dans l'un des plus beaux villages de la côte amalfitaine. Nous avons pu bénéficier également d'une place de parking ce qui est un luxe dans la région. Expérience fantastique, et proximité du centre de Ravello pour nos différentes visites - dont la villa Rufolo. J'aurais aimé rester davantage ...
