Hotel is clean, staffs are polite but not so helpful or knowledgeable of local porter, which exists. Porters are only work for and are only available from hotels they work for. We found an independent porter in the area after spotting them out during our town walks. Air conditioning in my room is great but I heard from the people from our wedding party said they have no air conditioning in the suite. It has been quite warm in high 80s.

The bathroom has a very foul smell that lasts few hours, shower did not drain well that left me standing in water, which left me short and minimal showers. I did tell the desk however, same happened the next day. Not worth what we paid for.

Everything. Lovely hotel. Wonderful quiet location so close to the centre of town. Fantastic staff.
Could be better
Our only comment is that our beautiful room did not have any kettle/ coffee and tea making facilities. This was a bit disappointing because we always enjoy these, and even the most basic cheap hotels provide these. We don't want to have to call, wait for, be interrupted by, and pay for room service for a coffee on our balcony. . This facility would have been more important than a daily turn down service with chocolate or daily eplacement of towels.
