The staffs were superb, smile a lot and show of passion on welcoming us. They contacted me one day before our arrival. The communication was great and proactive. They even helped us book a taxi ride to airport of next day which reduced our stress of finding transfer services. Plus picked up our bulky luggages to room. The location was convenient close to Metro station and old town.
Could be better: The bathroom was a bit old style.
