It was in a perfect location for what we wanted, and amazing views of the colosseum. Laura was amazing, gave me a birthday card and complimentary breakfast for my birthday at the cafe downstairs. The room felt clean and bed was comfortable. Any issues I could text Laura and she responded quickly. Other than a few tired and worn amenities, we would 100% stay here again and would 100% recommend this property to anyone and everyone we know! We loved our stay here!
Could be better: Some amenities appeared a little tired and worn. The hairdryer provided, when plugged into the wall by the wardrobe melted the plastic near the plug and blew the fuse in the plug which in turn tripped a fuse in the whole property. I messaged Laura who replied quickly, however we flicked the main switch back on which got the power back. The toilet struggled to fill in the cistern and often just kept filling into the toilet but it did sort itself out after a while.
