The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, and there are two excellent shopping centers nearby that are easily accessible by taxi. The breakfast is also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and excellent service.
Could be better: I would suggest improving the pillows, as they are little too firm. It would be nice to offer guests a choice of one firm pillow and one softer pillow.
