Okay the Location was Amazing. The Room was spotless but the Shower and especially the toilet were well below what one would expect as so small when I sat down my knees were touching the door also the toilet was not capable of clearing no 2's so in the end I filled a waste bin from the tap and poured it down the loo to clear. Not really what one would expect. On the night we arrived we asked about the restaurant and was told very quickly told it was closed. On our arrival we went up to the 6th floor to find the Terrace and relax unfortunately the actual Terrace bears no resemblance to the photo in the add. With regards the Breakfast it was excellent if you liked cakes but if you were expecting scrambled eggs then disappointment. The biggest thing for me was the fact I am very well travelled and there was no kettle or facility to make a tea or coffee in the room something I have never experienced before. In conclusion the Hotel is nice, the staff friendly. But sadly this is 2026 and I expected more.
Could be better: The Hotel was just dated like going being back in time. My parents would have loved it but as I have already said this is 2026 not 1926. Quaint as it may be just does not come near to today's standards. I am so sorry but you asked for my honest opinion.
