Location, style, and professional staff. Rooms were amazing. The spa was great to relax in after touring, and it was so close to all the things we wanted to see. Very romantic and charming. Staff was always helpful and professional, and went out of their way to make our stay a success. Very clean and breakfast was also a huge bonus.
Could be better: Nothing.

Everything! Staff was welcoming. Hotel and room was prestine and so clean. Always complementary water. The spa was also complementary and magical touch. Awesome and safe location.
