Location is top notch. Right by the Colisseum and other sites. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping is all nearby. Rooms are clean with eclectic decor, but we found it charming. Front desk was helpful during our stay.
Could be better: Every time I called before we arrived, I was speaking to a rude woman that kept telling me she was too busy to take my call and would just hang up on me.
