Great comfortable room and hospitable host. Good air conditioning! Nice daily breakfast. Easy taxi access and bus access. Metro stop a few blocks away and a downhill walk mostly. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a "home in Rome."
Could be better: A bit far out of the main city but we chose that on purpose. Very close to FCO airport.
