Very nice and easy.
Location is quite good. Not too far from the Colleseu or Vatican. Has 2 bus stops quite close and a Metro 10 mins away. Area has a lot of nice bakeries and restaurants for dinner and snacks. My room is one of 4 in the apartment. Only common areas are a living room and kitchen. Bathroom is private. Other guests were quiet. Wifi is quite decent. The table in the room had enough space for a laptop + mouse to do some basic work.
Could be better: Only slight issue I had was pre check in. I arrived quite early in the city and would have loved to enter the apartment and wait in the living room before access to my room was approved. I tried to ask the host if something is possible but it wasnt.
